We know that isolating at home can be a lonely process so we are streaming our much-loved holiday cooking sessions hoping a community cook up can boost spirits πͺπ»
Cook along recipes will be streamed via Facebook live at 11.30am! We will show you how to make bean burgers and rosti with sauteed veg and vinaigrette for you to enjoy as a midweek lunch! π₯π₯¬π
Here are the ingredients for todayβs rosti and sauteed veg with vinaigrette:
500g potatoes
handful of asparagus
cherry tomatoes
10ml white balsamic vinegar
10ml mustard
10ml honey
three-cornered leek/spring onion
salt and pepper
olive oil
cooking oil
Donβt worry if you cannot get all the ingredients, now is the best time to get inventive with substitutions!
