🌿 Wood Sorrel, or Oxalis corniculata, is Weed of the Week this week 🌿

The leaves and stems are a source of vitamin C, and taste like green apples! The flowers also have an acidic taste and can be added to salads. Eat in small quantities, as it contains oxalic acid. A juice of the leaves can be used to treat insect bites and burns.
