This Session is for Young People aged 13-17

Join us for this mini-introductory workshop on herbal well-being at Spitalfields farm and gardens.

Louisa our resident herbalist, will be sharing her plant wisdom and supporting you in crafting your own herbal goodies. The workshop will talk you through the basics of how we turn herbs into products, you will get a chance to have a go yourself and take home what you make.

There is also the opportunity to explore the gardens and our farmyard will be open until 4:30 with the chance to meet the animals.
