We know that isolating at home can be a lonely process so we are streaming our much-loved holiday cooking sessions hoping a community cook up can boost spirits 💪🏻

Cook along recipes will be streamed via Facebook live at 11.30am! We will show you how to make East End Berkswell Bagels and Cauliflower Sheep with Baaba Ganoush for you to enjoy as a midweek lunch! 🥘🥬🍕

Here are the ingredients for today’s Cauliflower Sheep with Baaba Ganoush:

• 2 shallots

• 50ml apple cider vinegar

• 1 cauliflower

• 1 lemon

• ½ tsp paprika

• 2 cloves garlic

• 1 tsp honey

• handful of mint leaves

• 2 aubergines

• 50ml tahini

• salt

• cooking oil

• 2 tsp sugar

Don’t worry if you cannot get all the ingredients, now is the best time to get inventive with substitutions!
