We know that isolating at home can be a lonely process so we are streaming our much-loved holiday cooking sessions hoping a community cook up can boost spirits 💪🏻
Cook along recipes will be streamed via Facebook live at 11.30am! We will show you how to make stuffed peppers with a minty dip, and soup and biscuits for you to enjoy as a midweek lunch! 🥘🥬🍕
Here are the ingredients for today’s stuffed peppers:
50g of rice
3 bell peppers
tomatoes (various sizes)
handful of chard leaves
2 garlic cloves
fresh basil
1.5 tbsp of extra-virgin olive oil.
100g of soft cheese
50g of plain yogurt or crème fraiche
half a cucumber
handful of mint
salt and pepper
Don’t worry if you cannot get all the ingredients, now is the best time to get inventive with substitutions!
