Weed of the Week: Pinkweed

🌿 This week's Weed of the Week is Polygonum pensylvanicum, or Pinkweed! 🌿
A member of the buckwheat family, this plant is food to many birds and small mammals. Some Native American people have used it for epilepsy as well as post-partum healing.
