Weed of the Week: White Dead Nettle

🌱 This week's Weed of the Week spot goes to Lamium album, or White Dead Nettle! 🌱

Although they look like stingers, they are a member of the mint family rather than nettle family. Young leaves and tips can be used like spinach, and sweet nectar can be sucked from the white flowers. It can be used medicinally for menstrual health, and as a compress for a number of skin conditions.
