Weed of the Week: Dandelion

🌿 It's Weeeeeeeeed of the Weeeeeek! 🏵️
This week its the humble dandelion, or Taraxacum officinale. The whole plant is edible from flowers to roots. Add tender leaves to salads, roast and grind the roots for a caffeine free coffee substitute, or boil them with burdock for an old British favourite.
