Alex Davidson, Secretary
Alex is a trustee and the Farm’s secretary. He has been on the board since 2019. Volunteering with the Farm is a way of giving back to, and getting involved with, the East London community where he has lived and worked for the past five years. Growing up in the countryside, the outdoors and a rural way of life were key to informing who he is today, and the choices he made on the way (studying geography at university, for one!). He wants to enable all kids to have access to a similar experience, particularly those in areas as heavily urbanised as Tower Hamlets. The Farm’s mission to provide educational and experiential opportunities for children (and adults!) to empower them to gain new skills, understanding and confidence ties in with this entirely.
In his spare time, Alex is a corporate lawyer.
