Neil Rodel, Chair
Neil Rodel is our chair and leads the board of trustees having been with the farm since 2019. Passionate about focusing on the human in everything that he does, Neil became involved in the farm through the East London Business Alliance Board-match programme. He wanted to make a difference to a small charity close to the City and found the work of the farm compelling. The farm was born out of the local community and is focused on delivery’s to community needs, using education as a gateway to better things for people, with a strong focus on sustainability and wellbeing for a better future the farms impact in the community is what drives Neil’s passionate support of the farm.
Neil is the Chief Information Officer and Head of Business Services for Europe, Middle East and Africa at Macquarie Group.
