CASE STUDIES + Photos

We offer activity-based employee team building in the form of Team Challenge Days. These sessions help us maintan the Farm site for the benefit of the community, while also raising vital funds to care of our animals and subsidise our education programmes.

A team day with us can be part of an ongoing partnership with the Farm, or as a one-off event, but the benefits are most definitely mutual!

Due to popularity, we recommend booking at least 2-3 months in advance!

What to expect

Due to the flexible nature of farm life we can’t guarantee set activities in advance. However, there will be a mix of gardening, DIY, farmyard tasks and of course, animal interaction! • General repairs and DIY

  • Pond clearing

  • Maintaining the habitats of our Great Crested Newts

Where the fee goes
The fee covers staff time, materials, and the use of gloves, jackets, boots and PPE. They also help generate funds to subsidise our education programme, look after the animals, and keep the farm free to visit 6 days a week throughout the year. This allows us to offer our much-needed services to our local community who live in one of the most deprived boroughs in the UK.

"It was important to me to choose a charity close to our office, and also somewhere we could help out and really make a difference (especially in light of recent times)."
— Laura Powell, FSCS

Cancellation Policy

Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds or date changes for poor weather. Team Challenges will go ahead through all conditions unless Met Office warnings state it is unsafe to do so.

Cancellations made within 14 days of the event date will forgo 50% of the fee. This is to cover the cost of staffing and admin time, as well as compensate for the loss of other bookings. Please ensure you check your travel arrangements in advance.
