What were you looking for from a team building session and why did you choose the Farm?

We were looking to contribute to a charity / project that supports the underserved parts of our local (East London) community. Combining teambuilding with charity was important for us. We wanted somewhere that could accommodate a large group, and a place where we could feel our time and energy was having a positive impact.

How was your experience on the day and what activities did you do?

Everyone had a really great time. We found it to be really well organised with an equal focus on tasks and enjoyment / experience (i.e. not just pressured to get certain tasks completed).

We also liked the flexibility to change tasks that we were not comfortable with which meant there was something for everyone.

How do you think the Challenge Day benefitted your team?

Post pandemic it’s been hard to get the team together and we’ve also had a number of new joiners to our team, so it was a great way for us to socialise but also to contribute towards a good cause at the same time.

Thank you! Also lots of good feedback about the Rosebery Tea Hut and their delicious food!
